<p>The oil burner has burner head with atomiser and ignition electrode. The annular combustion air outlet is arranged concentrically around the electrode. The fuel is readily ignited. A cylindrical glow plug (8) connected to earth is a short interval away from the annular slot nozzle for a support element (2, 3). The glow plug diameter is greater than that of the annular slot nozzle. The ignition electrode (11) is guided to the downstream end of the glow plug. The distance of the glow plug from the support element (2), supported by the nozzle (4), is adjustable. The glow plug can be exchanged readily.</p> |
