Coil winder system with wire end wrapping device - has grip hook on winding bush fitting on terminal pin and hold down clamp

A coil winder is fitted a device for wrapping the end of a wire around the terminal. The stretched wire extends between a clamping device and the coil pin. There is a grapple hook on a winding bush which fits around the terminal pin and which will shift at one stage during the winding process. The grip hook (G) fits into a slit on the bush (A). The internal diameter of the bush is such that the radial distance between the terminal pin (S1) and the internal wall of the bush is only slightly larger than the diameter of the coil wire (D). One section of the terminal pin supports a hold-down clamp (N) for the wire end (D).
