<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a manufacture of a non-slip device of a tire, by a method wherein a plastic covering material is inserted into a meshy recessed groove of a bottom force and molded by press to form a recessed groove for insertion of a core material on the covering material, semivulcanization is applied to the covering material, the core material is inserted into the recessed groove for the insertion of the core material on which the plastic covering material is mounted and the press molding and vulcanization are applied to the same. CONSTITUTION:An unvulcanized plastic covering material 13a is inserted into a meshy recessed groove 34 of a bottom force 33 and semivulcanization is applied to the covering material 13a by applying press molding to the same by a top force 35 and the bottom force 33. A protruded linear part 36 is formed on the top force 35 and a recessed groove 37 for insertion of a core material is formed on the top of the covering material 13a by the press molding. Although a recessed groove 37 is formed on almost every part of the covering material 13a, two recessed grooves 37 are formed on the covering material 13a at parts corresponding to both side parts of a part 14 in an axial direction. The core material 12 is inserted into the recessed groove 37 for the insertion of the core material of the covering material 13a and an unvulcanized plastic covering material 13b such as rubber is mounted on the core material 12. The press molding and vulcanization of a covering material 13 and the core material 12 are performed by a top force 47, separate from the top force 35, and the bottom force 33, an insertion hole 29 is formed through the central part of the covering material 13 of both the side parts of the part 14 in the axial direction by a pin part 48 and a spike tool 28 is driven into the insertion hole 29.</p> |
