<p>The display system for viewing both sides of articles such as coins, medallions etc. comprises transparent rod-like holders (14) which are mounted radially about the centre axis of a display case so as to rotate about this axis although they can also rotate individually about their own axis. The display holders (15) have V-shaped slots in which the coins etc. can be placed and held in position in alignment with the longitudinal axis of the holder. Each slot is associated with a milled inscription space which can be covered by a transparent disc. The display holder (14) is held in perfect alignment parallel to a magnifying unit by means of a cam plate (9) which moves past a lever arm (10). A press-button motor drive system can be used to rotate the holders.</p> |
