<p>The bearing for the end of the wiper arm has a plastic moulding (7) folded into a U shape and clipped into the U-shaped end of the wiper arm (11). The moulding encloses the bearing hole (3) into which the pivot of the wiper blade assembly is pushed. The moulding is made from self lubricating plastic. It forms a clean and dust free bearing. The two arms of the moulding are joined by a thin middle section and the moulding is located into the wiper arm by moulded ratchet teeth (6).</p> |
