The building is made of individual room cell units and is able to resist earthquakes. The connections also provide thermal and noise insulation. The individual room cells are connected so that they can be also dismantled. The units are connected by clamping cables and the joints between adjacent room cells are closed elastically. The service and pipelines are installed without rigid connections.
