PURPOSE:To quickly and accurately perform the waveform shaping of a waveform even including ringing or a high frequency noise by providing a one-shot circuit which lowers an output signal with the leading edge of an input signal, and an FF circuit which inverts polarity with the trailing edge of the output signal. CONSTITUTION:When the input signal 101 rises, the output signal of an EX-OR gate 1 rises. Thereby, since the output signal 103 of the one-shot circuit 2 falls, the output signal 104 of a JKFF 3 rises, then, goes to an H level. Thereby, the signal 102 of the gate 1 is inverted, and the signal 102 of the gate 1 rises with the trailing edge of the signal 101, and hereafter, it is inputted to the circuit 2. The output 103 of the circuit 2 goes to H after the lapse of time (t) after the first rise of the signal 102. After that, the signal 103 falls again with the trailing edge of the signal 101 i.e. the leading edge of the signal 102 of the gate 1. Thereby, the polarity of the signal 104 of the FF 3 is inverted, then, it goes to L. Similarly, the output signal 103 of the FF 3 becomes an arranged rectangular wave not including the ringing. A rectangular wave without having an error can accurately be obtained by setting the time (t) appropriately. |
