The resilient shaft coupling has a driving and a driven member each having radial arms. A ring (15) arranged axially between the members is engaged alternatively by pins (8, 9) projecting axially from the arms of the respective members. The ring is made of flat section strip, the wide side of the section being parallel to the axis of the coupling. The strip constitutes a metallic spring and is embedded in resilient material (17) such as rubber. At each of the pins the strip is curved around the pin to form a pocket contg. the pin inside a lining of the resilient material.
