PURPOSE:A plural number of radiant-ray detection elements obtained by providing a rectifying junction layer onto the semiconductor single crystal are laminated and unified crossing the rectifying junction surface, so that the detection of the radiant rays will be achieved at good S/N even a low dosage rate with its sensitivity improved.
