PURPOSE:To improve the mass-productivity and quality by using a split bobbin and a split outer circumferential ring to form ceramic dispersion paper and baking the paper for eliminating entirely deformation and damage at baking. CONSTITUTION:The ceramic dispersion paper 3 is wound on the split bobbin 4 so be formed cylindrically, and a pair of the split outer circumferential rings 6, 6 provided with projected stripes 5, 5 having a prescribed width under the inner circumferential face are arranged at the outer face of the dispersion paper 3 and fixed by a tightening band 7. Then, the said projected stripes 5, 5 are intruded onto the outer face of the dispersion paper 3 by extending the outer diameter of the split bobbin 4 to form a ring shaped recessed part 8 on the outer face. The dispersion paper 3 is baked in this state on the conditions of about 1,200-1,300 deg.C for 2hr, and then the dispersion paper 3 baked from the split bobbin 4 and the split outer circumferential rings 6, 6 is extracted to complete the coil bobbin 9 having the ring shaped recessed part 8 at the outer face. |
