The relaxation equipment has a mattress which can be vibrated, connected to a vibration machine. The mattress consists of an inflatable body (2) whose supporting surface at least (3) is of flexible material, and the machine has a control unit (4) with adjustable frequency, periodically varying the internal mattress pressure. The entire mattress can comprise a flexible casing, and the control unit can be situated outside it, and coupled to it by a hose (6), being typically at the pressure side of a pump. The pressure side of the latter can have a chamber connected to the inside of the mattress, and also to one in the control unit, the volume of the latter being variable as desired.
