<p>The electrical heating element for a space heater has a U-section support bar, a spiral heating wire being wound on perforated insulating carrier plates. The latter include tenons which locate them in the support bars, the tenon receiving openings on one side being punched through the support wall. The openings on the other wall extend to the wall edge, these openings each including a locking tongue for the respective tenons. The locking tongues are pushed out of the plane of the wall and may be pressed back to hold the tongue in place.</p> |
