The building is erected from prefabricated panels for constructing industrial or dwelling, houses, without bearing structures or cross-partitioning. The panels are assembling by arranged them edge to edge and exerting concentric pressure on them so that they form an enclosed space. The concentric pressure is exerted by a cable (3) fixed to each end of a bar (2) serving as a join between two adjacent panels. Each cable is stretched between two diametrically opposite bars (2). The cable possesses a tightening device (4) e.g. a turntuckle so that the length of the cable can be extended or reduced. Alternatively, an intermediate piece can be fixed to the bar acting as a join between two adjacent planels. The intermediate pieces are connected by a hook or cable to form a continuous network within the diameter of the panels.
