Narrow width baking oven - with heating unit and blowers mounted on top of baking chamber and side channels

A baking oven has the heating unit, flanked by a blower fan and an extractor fan, arranged above the baking chamber. An air channel which extends over the whole oven side wall is provided on each side wall and the circulating air is blown from one channel across the baking chamber with the charge to be baked to the other air channel. The result is a baking oven of less overall width. All material on the baking frame carriage is treated uniformly without any necessity to turn the carriage as is required by certain designs.
