The arrangement consists of a carrier plate with a front and rear plate and two bending blocks (24). The bending blocks are mounted symmetrically from a centreline on the outside on the front plate. A bending tool is mounted between the blocks. The bending tool consists of a roller (16) which can rotate on an eccentric and is moved by a lever (20). The bending blocks are in the shape of irregular polygons which can be rotated about their support pins (29) to provide support faces, for the material to be bent at varying distances from the centrelines.
