Concrete mixer dust extraction - with two exhaust tubes leading to aggregate silo stand:pipe and filter

Dust extraction plant for concrete mixers, e.g. for those arranged underneath concrete mixing towers, include two exhaust pipes to carry away air displaced by the filling operation. These lead to a main exhaust pipe which is also joined by a duct from the tank of the cement weigher. The displaced cement laden gases are taken to the standpipe of the aggregate silo and leave it at the top through a duct for a filter. This prevents any dust emission into the atmosphere even with the greatest sizes of mixers. The silo standpipe can absorb all air displaced by the feed of large amounts of aggregate into the mixer. The deposited cement is recovered and the ducting also acts as air intake into an empty mixer.
