The device is intended for piece-by-piece dispensing of electrodes for accumulator batteries. It consists of a table with stacked electrodes, near which is mounted a manipulator in the form of a rod with a holder. At the end of the rod is a lifting device, and the assembly is completed by a stepping conveyor. The rotary rod (4) is fitted with a coaxial plunger which lifts the rod during a driven upwards movement. It falls freely under the rod weight. The assembly contains a two-arm lever, (20) kinematically coupled to the pull-rod (16) of the stepping conveyor, the lever having rolls (21, 22). The pull-rod has a rectangular groove whose outer operating edge (18) is shorter than its inner edge (17), which permits engagement of the pull-rod and the roll (21) during rotation of the rod.
