Thermostat combination mounted on common base plate - supports ceramic resistor by angle bracket with prongs at different levels

A thermostat combination consists of two similar insulated bodies with contacts, contact supports and switching contacts mounted on a common base plate. The latter is made from thermally conductive material which also supports curved bimetallic discs which change shape as a function of temp. The heat conducting base plate (12) supports a ceramic resistor (15) held rigidly by angle brackets (21, 22). The latter are made with prongs (27/7) at different levels each passing through a hole in the ceramic body (16).
