A hinged joint is for coupling transparency slide mounts together,. The joint is both flexible and disconnectable. The purpose is to allow slides to be stacked in concertina fashion and puled through a projector gate like a chain. The slide mount intself has an extended side for either the projecting or receiving part of the hinge. The two parts can be snapped together and the slide mounts folded back on one another without the hinge disconnecting. The hinge is also the approximate length of the slide mount to prevent flashes of white light as the slides are changed. Slides may be joined in ring formation for continuous projection.
