<p>The loudspeaker housing is designed to take one or more speakers using a ceramic based material with soundproof inner compartments. The housing (1) is made from the sheels (2, 3) held together at the join (13) with a plastic material in the form of a ring. The front shell (2) has openings (5, 6) for the speaker chassis (7, 8, 9). The rear surface (12) has an opening for a connecting cable as well as circular shaped recesses. Holes are provided for clamping bolts. The join (13) is formed from the flush and opposite edge in the two casing halves. All openings and joints are sound sealed with a plastic material. The openings contain grooves whose depth is such to ensure that the plastic material is flush after assembly.</p> |
