摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain an L-phosphinothricin in high yield by transforming a microorganism with a plasmid containing a specific integrated gene and aminating a raw material with an enzyme produced by the transformed microorganism. CONSTITUTION:L-phosphinothricin is produced by aminating (3-carboxy-3-oxo- propyl)methylphosphinic acid in the presence of a catalyst consisting of a microorganism transformed by a plasmid having transaminase (AT-I) gene coded on a DstI-SphI DNA fragment (2.4kb) originated from Streptomyces hygroscopicus and expressed by formula I and/or transaminase (AT-II) gene coded on an SstI DNA fragment (5.0kb) originated from Streptomyces hygroscopicus and expressed by formula II and/or an enzyme produced by the above microorganism. |
