The present invention relates to a multifunctional hoisting apparatus. The multifunctional hoisting apparatus includes: an anchor block which is embedded in base concrete and has an upper end protruding to the outside; a mast coupled to the upper end of the anchor block; a swing frame which is installed on an upper end of the mast; a jib which has an end installed on a side of the swing frame; a trolley which is installed on the jib and is moved in a reciprocating motion along the jib; a hoist unit which is installed on the trolley and is moved with the trolley; a counter jib which has an end installed on the other end of the swing frame; and a counterweight which is installed on the counter jib. A rack is installed on the jib. A pinion is installed on a driving motor installed on the trolley to mesh with the rack. The pinion rotates and is moved along the rack in order to move the trolley along the jib while the driving motor operates. Accordingly, the trolley is moved precisely along the jib by the rack and the pinion, does not slip when braking, and moves without problems even when the jib is deformed. |
