PURPOSE:To rapidly and readily obtain an optical transmission material of high quality in which the refractive index of light in particular continuously increases from the peripheral part toward the center and which does not have deformations from causing photopolymerization then thermal polymerization of a mixture of two kinds of specific monomers.
