PURPOSE:To provide an automatic focusing system for a microscope, which is highly sensitive, highly speedy and stable for noise, by converting the differential value of a video signal into a binary signal to use its white area as an evaluation value and to relatively move an objective lens and a sample carriage in the direction to have the white area increasing. |
