<p>A bridge top end stop for slide fasteners is provided for preventing a slider from running off of the upper end of the slide fastener, which top stop has a substantially horseshoe-shaped body including a channel or opening through which a beaded edge of a fastener tape is threaded to position the top stop on the fastener. The top stop body is secured together into positive engagement with the beaded edge, whereupon the channel is completely filled up by the beaded edge.</p> |
