<p>The electric battery has a central electrode and a peripheral electrode. The positive central electrode is of carbon (1) with a cap (2) and surrounded by a catalytic agglomerate (3). It also has a negative electrode (4) of zinc sheet. A jellified electrolyte (5) fills the space between the two electrodes (1, 2, 3) and (4). It also has a case made up of a tubular part (10) and a bottom cover (20), both (10, 20) are made of extruded plastic. The tubular part (10) has a shoulder (11) to secure the agglomerate (3) of the central electrode (1, 2, 3). The tubular part (10) also has a collar (12) to hold the carbon rod (1) of the central electrode (1, 2, 3). A wire (6) is used to make contact with the negative electrode (4). A hole (15) is used to fill the case with electrolyte.</p> |
