<p>The building sections comprise metal or concrete uprights (1), and reinforced concrete girders (2). The loads supported by the lattice, the shuttering of the girder, and by the fresh concrete are taken by joists (5) which are preferably two in number. The joists (5) transfer the load to the uprights using an intermediate section with sleeves (6) screwed to the tops of the support. The upright (1) may incorporate a small support or bracket or a hole for a joist to go through. The joists (5) are generally of rectangular cross-section, made of metal tubing. The joists (5) are joined to the uprights (1) by metal sleeves.</p> |
