Making composite elements with foam insulating layer - using form element with cut=out for slabs and shape preventing foam penetration

The building elements incorporate >=1 insulating layer of self-hardening polyurethane foam, or similar, and a water- and air-resistant layer of bricks, tiles or stone slabs, as used in walls, floors or roofs. The device used in manufacture comprises a form unit which seals under pressure, with openings through which foam can be sprayed in; this is combined with a form element introduced into it, containing cutouts for bricks, tiles or slabs serving as clading. The shape of this element provides sealing between these, preventing foam from penetrating onto their front surfaces. The form element can be made of Si etc. This is simple in construction, and permits use of burnt bricks or similar with an uneven surface.
