摘要 <p>Thermoplastic polyamide moulding compsns. contain by wt. 5-50% inorganic fillers and also 0.5-30 (1-15)% graft copolymer, (I) of 0.5-10 (1-6) pts. wt. acrylic- or methacrylic acid on 100 pts. wt. polyethylene or polypropylene or on a C2H4/C3H6 copolymer. The compsns. can be used for parts exposed to high impact, e.g. drilling-tool housing, radiator grilles and car bumpers. Addn. of (I) increases impact-tenacity, e.g. from 52.1 to 59.8 kJ.m2 and breaking strength, e.g. from 1.4-4.4 N.m., without reducing tensile strength and Young's modulus. Injection-moulded articles were produced from a mixt. of 59 parts polyamide-6, 6 parts graft copolymer of 5 parts acrylic acid on 100 parts polypropylene and 35 parts glass fibres. The polyamides are esp. saturated, linear polyamides having K-value 60-80, partic. polyamide-6 and -6,6. The fillers are esp. fibrous materials, pref. glass fibres, partic. of alkali-deficient E-glass having fibre dia 8-14 mu and length 0.01-0.8 mm. (I) pref. have shear modulus, according to DIN 53445, 250-100 N.mm-2. The acid index of (I) may be 10-40.</p>
