摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance a dispersion property by installing a process in which an iron oxyhydroxide whose surface has been denatured is kneaded and treated in an alcohol-based solvent after the ratio of the alcohol-based solvent ROH to water H2O has been set to a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:An iron oxyhydroxide whose surface has been denatured is kneaded and treated in an alcohol-based solvent after, as the ratio of the alcohol-based solvent ROH to water H2O, their distribution is set to ROH:H2O =100:0 to 50:50. It is kneaded and treated under a distribution of A/B=60/40 to 30/70 in a ratio of the iron oxyhydroxide A to a total amount B of alcohol + water. Then, the treated iron oxyhydroxide is dried; after that, it is baked temporarily and reduced to form a ferromagnetic powder. In order to denature the surface of the iron oxyhydroxide, one or more kinds of elements selected from elements such as B, Mg, Al, Si, P, Ti, Zn, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zr, Sn, Pb, Ca, Ba and the like are applied to the surface of the iron oxyhyroxide. Thereby, it is possible to form a ferromagnetic material metal iron fine particle which retains a dispersion property and an unfastening property even after a temporary baking process and a reduction process.
