<p>PURPOSE:To reduce decrease in ink output after being used for a long time by incorporating a specified coloring agent, a solvent and a dispersing agent. CONSTITUTION:A coloring agent is obtd. by applying a mixing and grinding force to 100 pts.wt. pigment (e.g. carbon black) and 1-50 pts.wt. solid lubricating agent with a particle diameter of 1mum or smaller (e.g. MoS2) with a mixing machine such as a ball mill and a Henschel mixer to perform electrostatic attraction or physical adsorption. Then, this coloring agent is mixed with a solvent (e.g. ethylene glycol), a dispersant (e.g. an alkali salt of a styrene-maleic acid copolymer), an antiseptic, a mildewproofing agent, a humectant, etc.</p> |
