At least one element of the signal transmission chain of the radio controlled model system has a non-linear transmission function. The transfer factor of this element and the overall transfer factor for the signals is smaller in a specified control range than in the other control ranges. A potentiometer and at least one additional resistor are provided as in 2700360. The additional resistor(s) (91, 92) are between the potentiometer (90) and the supply voltage, in series with the potentiometer. Short-circuiting switches (95, 96) across the additional resistors are limit switches closed at the end positions of the potentiometer wiper.
