<p>The hotplate has a flat induction for direct heating of a pot (4), at least partly of ferromagnetic material. The pot can be set on a this cover plate (3) of refined steel, having a heat insulating intermediate space against the inductor. The plate sections, supporting the pot, are movable relative the rest of the plate. The plate is made in one piece and is up to 1mm thick. In the transition sections between the pot support parts and the rest of the plate are provided ridges (8), or lugs which take up the heat expansion of the pot supporting plate sections in the plate plane.</p> |
