<p>The brush is provided with swivel bristles (3) mounted in a plate (1) for swivel movement about parallel axes and which engage in slits of a second plate (2) by means of lever-like projections (4). These run radial to the swivel axes and are each provided on both sides with axially parallel pins (12) which engage in recesses (13) on each side of the slit (11) in the second plate (2) which takes up the projection (4). Any dirt, hairs etc. can collect in the slit whilst the actual guiding of the plates takes place via the lateral pins which are guided in the recesses in which it is difficult for the dirt to penetrate. The pins are pref. shorter than those forming the swivel axes of the bristles so that the plates and brush can be kept as flat as possible.</p> |
