<p>The dental equipment uses supply units which are constructed on the modular principal so that selected units can be removed and replaced, especially when a fault occurs. A box shaped unit (3) to which an instrument such as a drill can be attached, is connected to a U shaped unit (13). This has an extension forming the main support. Onto this is fastened a table (68) with a set of sockets (69) along it and to which is attached a connection block (66) with a series of supply lines (67) through it. The first two units (3, 13) have a set of supply channels through them for delivery of water, air etc. and also power supplies for the instruments.</p> |
