<p>The water mixer is controllable by a single lever and comprises a trunk part with inflow channels for cold and hot water, a primary, stationary ceramic plate with entry apertures for the water, and an outlet aperture for the adjusted, mixed water. A second ceramic plate is provided, with inlet and outlet holes working in conjunction with those of the stationary ceramic plate. This regulates the water mixture ratio and quantity, being movable against the stationary plate. A mixture component is connected to the movable plate and to the operating lever, conveying the movement to the movable plate (8). To obtain noiseless water flow, the edges (21, 22) of the movable plate holes (9, 10, 12) directed away from the mixture chamber are rounded.</p> |
