Prodn. of long workpieces for door and window frames - uses prodn. line with feed point, cutting point and automatic controller

摘要

The equipment is used for producing long workpieces with different lengths and/or cross-sections. They are especially for extruded frame sections in metal for making window and door frames. The equipment consists of a production line with several stations. It contains a feed point (10), a cutting point (13) for cutting sections of given length with devices for changing the cutting lengths and an automatic control device, which consists of a computer or signal receiver for input control signals. This controller is connected with the cutting point to control the length of the sections according to the output signal of the computer or the input signals of the receiver.
