The loudspeaker mounting system includes a ring mounted in the ceiling, to which the loudspeaker is fastened. The ring (6) has recesses (3) for insertion of hook-shaped projections (12) of a ceiling plate (14) carrying the loudspeaker. The mounting ring (6) is so shaped, that when the ceiling plate with loudspeaker is inserted, with projections (12) entering in the recesses (3), the ceiling plate (14, 17) can be rotated in the ring (6). Projections (12) form with the adjacent ring (6) parts (4) a dismountable connection of the bayonet lock type.
