<p>The reinforced-concrete room cell unit, such as a prefabricated garage is handled, by hoist gear engaging its upper area. In this area there are two or more paired interfacing recesses in two opposite walls (2) of the cell unit (1), for insertion of horizontal carrier lugs (6) fitted to a rigid traverse (7) spanning it. The recesses can be in the form of pierced holes, and the carrier lugs movable lengthways on the traverse, pref. on adjusting members sliding on the upper side of the beam-shaped traverse. The traverse may also be fitted with a central lengthways adjustable engagement unit for hoisting gear. This enables the unit to be easily raised, transported and lowered from outside, without using complex fittings.</p> |
