<p>Contact compsns., for removing odours and harmful substances from exhaust air plant, consist of a combustible carrier provided with an absorbent. The carriers include waste from wood, textile, plastics industries, and agricultural materials, e.g. straw, cut up and impregnated with absorbent, on their own or in combination with waste prods. e.g., sawdust, rages, textile fibres, porous foam plastics waste. The compsns. can be used behind animal processing plant, chicken farms, cold-box and foundries.</p> |
