The motor-driven planetary pinion, meshing with an annulus, is mounted on an arm coupled to a crank for the drive to the shoe. The annulus, which is coupled to the roller, has a brake which is held off on the shoe encountering the roller by rotation of the arm. The arm can be coupled to the crank by a redn. gear, so designed to prevent reverse movement of the shoe with the roller running. The annulus can be coupled to the roller via a further redn. gear.
