The process for erecting a spherical container, esp. a heating-oil tank with a prefabricated thermoplastics inside container, pref. made of plastic and reinforced concrete, involves introducing concrete into a moulding space between this container and sheathing, to made a seamless concrete sheet round the inside container. The concrete is heated outside the space and poured in a hot condition. When it has cooled and hardened an intervening space (3) is made between the concrete shell (2) and inside container (4). The concrete is pref. heated to 48 deg.C, and introduced into the space at approx. 43-44 deg.C. It may be steam-heated outside the space. This facilitates preparation of an adequate intervening space, with a seamless concrete sheath and no auxiliary media.
|
