PHD. 76-025. 18-1-1977. The invention provides a method of generating coded images of three-dimensional objects with an incoherent or mutually coherent point distribution of radiation sources. Various individual radiation sources which are arranged in a container are simultaneously activated at brief intervals by means of a generator and a control unit. Superposition images of the objects are formed on a detector surface. In these images the three-dimensional object information is stored which is subsequently decoded to form layer images.
