PURPOSE:To rapidly cool down a load to a set temperature even when the load having a large heat capacity is put in a refrigerator, by providing a controller by which the off-action of a fan motor is canceled over the specified number of times of succeeding off-action when the lasting time period of previous on- action of a compressor becomes longer than that of the before-last on-action by a specified time period in normal operating state. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 30 stores the previous and before-last on-action time periods T0 and T1 of a compressor 37, and when on-action signal is given by a comparison circuit 25 and the on-action time period T1 is larger than a value of on-action time period T0 plus an error time period, a fan motor 39 is operated continuously even after the off-action signal is given, and when the succeeding on-action time period becomes equal to the on-action time period T0, the continuous operation of the fan motor 39 is canceled. In case a load having a large heat capacity is stored in a refrigerator, the air circulation by the fan motor 39 promotes the heat exchange of the load even when the compressor 37 is out of operation and the temperature in the refrigerator quickly rises. Therefore, the next on-action signal is given early to the compressor 37 and the cooling is carried out quickly. |
