摘要

PURPOSE:To make DLR small by providing the shunt impedance having the frequencty characteristic which the leakage current may be constant at all times and which is connected in parallel with a part of the non-linear resistor, and by shortcircuiting a part of the non-linear resistor at the flowing time of the thunder surge current.
