<p>Fish prods. which can be stored for a long period in heat-sterilised cans consist of: (a) minced fresh salmon, (b) butter, (c) egg and (d) smoked fish. Pref. prods. contain is not 55 wt. % (a); 20 wt. % (b); 5 wt. % (c) and 5 wt. % (d). They retain an unaltered taste after long storage times.</p> |
