Flashing for waterproofing flat roofs - has suspended profile hooking on hangers to locate seal and house top of vertical return of waterproofing

The flashing comprises a suspended profile (3) which accommodates a seal (4, 5) and may be deployed on parapets (B) to flat roofs (A), to effect a seal between the vertical face of the parapet wall and the inner face of a vertical return (D) of the roof waterproofing (6). The profile (3) is suspended from hooks (1) which are nailed to the wall at a common level and at fixed longitudinal intervals above the return (D) of the waterproofing. The profile (1) is a vertical laminate with a right angled and a 45 deg. inner (3c) return at the head and foot and has a square inverse hook formation (3c, 3d) projecting from the rear at say the top quarter point. The assembly houses the top of the return of the waterproofing and a seal (4, 5) is inserted between the head of the profile and the wall.
