PURPOSE:To obtain a light wavelength branching device of high multiplicity and micro size by using an optical system intensively condensing a light beam in the thickness direction of the waveguide part of a prism of a waveguide shape of thin films and utilizing thin crystal layers that can be produced by known methods. |
