<p>The combination engine is used to drive vehicles and other equipment. It consists of a combustion engine, a system for water heating by exhaust gases and after-burning, a steam turbine and a current generator/electric motor. A condenser reconverts already used steam into cooling water and the batteries are charged by the current generators. The cooling water heated by the combustion engine is further used by further heating by exhaust gas and exhaust gas after burning. It is heated in corresponding tube systems by the hot exhaust gases.</p> |
