Easily assembled table tennis top - has inner legs connected to table top halves by intermediate members containing articulated joints

The tabletennis top has two table top halves (10, 12) whose inner legs (16) are joined at the top to intermediate members (22) which connect them to a mobile trestle by means of articulated joints (24) which are fitted on the intermediate parts (22). These articulated joints pref. consist of bolts attached to the intermediate paits (22) and oblong holes set in holders (26) firmly connected to the table top halves. This means that the rotary joints on each side of the table are mounted in a single common part to allow easy assembly by unskilled users. The intermediate parts (22) are pref. formed by two U-shaped rods which can be screwed onto the right and left-hand side inner legs (16) of each table top half (10, 12). These two inner legs can be made in one piece from U-shaped rods.
